Job : *SALES FORCE EFFECTIVENESS (SFE) EXECUTIVE*
Location: Kuala Lumpur
Salary : RM4000 - RM6000

*MUST HAVE*
Degree in Business Technology (Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics)
-Possess Intermediate level and above in Excel skills and BI platforms
-At least have 2 years experience in sales and/or marketing processes in pharma industry

*OTHERS/ADVANTAGES*
Computer skill set for managing and maintaining all SFA platforms and database 
-Experience with CRM solutions roll out and/or relevant project coordination
-Ability to multitask, detail-oriented, result-oriented and work independently
-A team player with good spoken & written skills in English 
-Strong analytical skills with logical thinking

*RESPONSIBILITIES*
Day-to-day execution of Global Commercial Operation/Sales & Marketing Services (GCO/SMS), including Sales Data Management (SDM), Sales Force Automation, Field Force Database Operations, Incentive Tool, and other GCO/SMS related systems
-Responsible for Data ETL, table maintenance, data validation, platform upkeeping and reporting using available in all SFA tools
-Provide regular insights and analysis report on improving the matrixes of various GCO/SMS tools utilization which include Daily Sales report, Salesforce Automation report and other analytical tools to maximize key sales force excellence performance
-Support in developing and implementing sales force effectiveness and capability strategies and associated processes, systems and tools that drive sales best practice and enhance sales capability
-Elevate Veeva platform utilization on which all key functions and reports can be used by stakeholders to make ongoing sound decisions regarding sales force deployment and focus
-Support in developing and implementing multi-channel solutions and tools, monitor customer engagement and channel performance to support the strategic recommendation to meet pre-defined KPIs and gauge promotional effectiveness
-Execute GCO/SMS projects to support business needs such as Targeting and Segmentation Projects, Budget Setting Workshop, Territory Alignment Workshop and so on
