- To handle payroll processing, HRDF claim, compensation & benefits, attendance activities, reimbursement process and other administrative duties.
- Maintain employee files and HR filling system.
- Prepare job posting for vacancies and scheduling interviews for job applicants.
- Handle administration issues that relate to HR matters.
- Prepare paper works, filing & documentation.
- Assist HR Executive in any ad-hoc tasks.
- Must possess Diploma in Human Resource Management and any related field.
- At least 2 years experiences in Human Resource function.
- Familiar with SQL Payroll System.
