HR Assistant

Job description

  • To handle payroll processing, HRDF claim, compensation & benefits, attendance activities, reimbursement process and other administrative duties.
  • Maintain employee files and HR filling system.
  • Prepare job posting for vacancies and scheduling interviews for job applicants.
  • Handle administration issues that relate to HR matters.
  • Prepare paper works, filing & documentation.
  • Assist HR Executive in any ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Must possess Diploma in Human Resource Management and any related field.
  • At least 2 years experiences in Human Resource function.
  • Familiar with SQL Payroll System.
